Customer Service Rep / Teller - Arlington Heights

The Customer Service Rep / Teller serves as the face of thebranch through front-line interaction with customers, vendors, visitors, etc. Provides exceptional customer service andprojects a positive image of the bank through neat appearance and professionalmanner. This position also requires tohelp on Teller line whenever needed.
Responsibilities include:
Greet customers and vendors entering the lobby and directappropriately. Promptly andprofessionally answer incoming calls and route calls appropriately. Ensure lobby is neat and collateral piecesare current
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence. Handle service related issues as assigned.
Provide support to Retail team as assigned. Assist with special events at branch.
Process supply orders and maintain inventory as necessary.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to communicate clearly andeffectively with customers and coworkers.
Basic computer skills.
Ability towork in a team environment.
Ability tomulti-task.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
